For 2010 there will be no food sold other than the food vendor(s) we have secured. Vendors may not sell any soft drinks or bottled water unless it is purchased from our Kent Cornucopia Days Sponsors for cash, and at the office on site location at the event. Go to www.kcdays.com to see who their beverage sponsors are. Fees are non-refundable after July 1, 2010.

All vendors supply their own tables, chairs, tents, and supplies.  We are requesting that the only vendors to use electricity be the one food vendor.  You can consult with the Dragon Boat Event Vendor Manager – Maureen Roberts if you need electricity and it is not high usage.  The power is 110.

Upon receiving your application and fee, you will be sent instructions on parking, and a parking permit for a designated parking slot.  All vendors will be placed along a walkway on the lakeside closest to the crowd. Booth space is usually 10 X 10 and may be larger if you need the space at no extra charge.

All vendors must be licensed to or otherwise authorized to conduct business in the State of Washington, if required. Vendors are responsible for their own permits and license liabilities. All vendors agree to exercise the utmost care in the use of facilities and property of the City of Kent, The Kent Lions Club, and any personal or business property within the festival. All vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of Kent, the Kent Lions, the Kent Cornucopia Days Committee, Dragon Boat Race Committee, SeaFair, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, actions, judgments, losses, costs (including reasonable attorney fees) and damages whatsoever: including claims arising by reason of accident, injury or death caused by persons or property of any kind arising out of, in connection with, or incident to the Kent Cornucopia Days Festival and Dragon Boat Races, except caused by the sole negligence of the City of Kent and /or the Kent Lions Club.

FEES WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF THERE IS A CANCELLATION DUE TO WAR, ACTS OF GOD, CIVIL DISOBEDIANCE (RIOTS), ACTS OF TERRORISM, OR GOVERNMENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CLOSURE DUE TO HEALTH PANDEMIC OR OTHER CIVIL EMERGENCIES
